jangan jadi seperti ketam

ketam walaupun sgt sedap dimakan tapi mempunyai perangai yang amat busuk yg memang xpatut dicontohi...ketam sebenarnya mempunyai sifat dengki yg melampau.

al-kisahnya, di suatu kampung di filipina yang merupakan pusat penangkapan ketam. mereka menangkap ketam pada waktu malam dan menyimpan ketam didalam tong drum tanpa menutup tong itu dgn penutup atau jaring..tetapi tidak ade seekor pn ketam yg berjaya keluar.. ini kerana, apabila seekor ketam cuba utk memanjat dan keluar dari tong itu, akan terdapat ketam laen yg akan menariknya jatuh kembali ke dalam tong.. begitulah yg berlaku menyebabkan tidak ada seekor pn yg berjaya keluar.

demikianlah cerita yg dapat diambil pengajaran : jangan jadi pendengki seperti ketam

  4. jail of ignorance- kebodohan

10 wasiat terakhir

pagi tadi dgr kat IKIM.fm dalam rancangan motivasi pagi berkenaan 10 wasiat terakhir Imam Syafie..
sebabkan malas nak type pepanjang, saya google and paste je la ye

SEBELUM Imam Syafie pulang ke rahmatullah, beliau sempat berwasiat kepada para muridnya dan umat islam seluruhnya.

Berikut ialah kandungan wasiat tersebut:

"Barangsiapa yang ingin meninggalkan dunia dalam keadaan selamat makan hendaklah ia mengamalkan sepuluh perkara."

PERTAMA: HAK KEPADA DIRI.
Iaitu: Mengurangkan tidur, mengurangkan makan, mengurangkan percakapan dan berpada-pada dengan rezeki yang ada.

KEDUA: HAK KEPADA MALAIKAT MAUT
Iaitu: Mengqadhakan kewajipan-kewajipan yang tertinggal, mendapatkan kemaafan dari orang yang kita zalimi, membuat persediaan untuk mati dan merasa cinta kepada Allah.

KETIGA : HAK KEPADA KUBUR
Iaitu : Membuang tabiat suka menabur fitnah, membuang tabiat kencing merata-rata, memperbanyakkan solat Tahajjud dan membantu orang yang dizalimi.

KEEMPAT: HAK KEPADA MUNKAR DAN NAKIR
Iaitu : Tidak berdusta, berkata benar, meninggalkan maksiat dan nasihat menasihati.

KELIMA : HAK KEPADA MIZAN (NERACA TIMBANGAN AMAL PADA HARI KIAMAT)
Iaitu : Menahan kemarahan, banyak berzikir, mengikhlaskan amalan dan sanggup menanggung kesusahan.

KEENAM : HAK KEPADA SIRAT (TITIAN YANG MERENTANGI NERAKA PADA HARI AKHIRAT)
Iaitu : Membuang tabiat suka mengumpat, bersikap warak, suka membantu orang beriman dan suka berjemaah.

KETUJUH : HAK KEPADA MALIK (PENJAGA NERAKA)
Iaitu : Menangis lantaran takutkan Allah SWT, berbuat baik kepada ibu bapa, bersedekah secara terang-terangan serta sembunyi dan memperelok akhlak.

KELAPAN : HAK KEPADA RIDHWAN (MALAIKAT PENJAGA SYURGA)
Iaitu : Berasa redha dengan Qadha' Allah, bersabar menerima bala, bersyukur ke atas nikmat Allah dan bertaubat dari melakukan maksiat.

KESEMBILAN : HAK KEPADA NABI SAW
Iaitu : Berselawat ke atas baginda, berpegang dengan syariat, bergantung kepada as-Sunnah (Hadith), menyayangi para sahabat, dan bersaing dalam mencari keredhaan Allah.

KESEPULUH : HAK KEPADA ALLAH SWT
Iaitu : Mengajak manusia ke arah kebaikan, mencegah manusia dari kemungkaran, menyukai ketaatan dan membenci kemaksiatan.

carrot, telur & biji kopi: yg manakah kita

kisah carrot , telur & biji kopi
yang manakah yg ingin kita jadi?
sebiji carrot, sebiji telur & sebiji kopi..masing2 dimasukkan kedalam sebuah periuk yg berisi air panas..

sebiji carrot yg pada mulanya keras akan bertukar menjadi lembut
sebiji telur yg pada mulanya fragile dan mudah pecah akan masak dan menjadi keras
manakala sebiji kopi yg keras akan mengubah air panas menjadi kehitaman, mengeluarkan bau yg wangi dan menjadikan air itu sedap

pengajaran dari kisah ni:
jgnlah jadi seperti carrot yg tegas pendiriannya tapi keadaan mampu menukarkan pendiriannya
dan jgnlah jadi seperti sebiji telur yg berubah menjadi keras pabila keadaan menghimpit..
tetapi jadilah seperti sebiji kopi yg mampu merubah keadaan sekeliling dan bukannya keadaan sekeliling yg mengubah dirinya

dia story pasal experience  dia mengejar passion ....selama 15 tahun baru die dpt kje apa yg die minat.. so die mmg galakkan kitorg cari our passion and try to pursue it...
sbb thru passion kita akan bertahan walaupun bosses/peer cm haram skali pn.. tp tanpa passion life will be like hell

1000 dinar

sempena da masuk bulan baru ni, jom mulakan amalan baru yuk~
jom cuba amalkan ayat 1000 dinar ni everyday =)






“Barangsiapa bertakwa kepada Allah, nescaya Dia akan mengadakan baginya jalan keluar. Dan memberi rezeki kepadanya tanpa di sangka-sangka. Dan barangsiapa yang bertawakal kepada Allah, nescaya Allah akan mencukupkannya.Sesungguhnya Allah melaksanakan urusan yang dikehendakiNya. Sesungguhnya Allah telah mengadakan ketentuan bagi tiap-tiap sesuatu.”
(Surah At-Thalaaq: 2 -3)
Amalkan ayat ini dengan membaca, menghafal dan memahami pengertian yang tersirat disebaliknya. Gantungkan harapan kepada Allah bukan digantung ayat ini sebagai hiasan dinding di rumah. Dibaca bila jiwa resah, buntu, kesempitan, kegelapan, bila rasa takut ada gangguan ghaib, mengharap penyelesaian buat semua permasalahan duniawi….pasrahkan diri kepadaNya, hanya dia yang dapat membuka jalan keluar untuk kita. Bacalah juga selalu atau jadikan sebagai sebahagian doa/wirid harian….kaifiat yang lain-lain tu rasanya ramai yang dah tahu dan boleh beri penjelasan mendalam.

hehe, byk la ko...da tepek2 gambar baru nk bagi salam..haha
hi people (perasan ada reader lagi), harini nk share my achievement
yup, i consider this as a big achievement
Y, i consider them as an achievement?
Coz, i've always been a big n fat kid, sejak dari darjah 6
and i've been trying to loose some weight ever since i've started to put on weight la

so now that i've succeeded to loose around 10kg in 2 months
thanx to SLIM DIET 2 from NEW IMAGE
NEW IMAGE is a company originating from NEW ZEALAND



i love this weight lost supplement coz u got to eat to loose weight
it's not like any other product that suggest u to drink only the product for 2 or 3 times daily and only have 1 meal per day. They suggest to control your food intake and still cannot eat certain group of foods

this product which in short i called SD2, suggest u to drink 4 times daily (2 scoops/time) and on the other hand u can still eat 3 meals. in the 3 meals, u can eat as much as u can from vegetables and protein group of food. you should avoid food in the carbohydrate category. well this might be hard for some people. But hey, u gotto do something to loose weight rite? and people do all kind of stupid things just to look pretty. For example, wear 4 inch shoes, u know that this is not good for the ur posture, ur knees and ur back.

so people, i do highly recommend to try this weight loss supplement. a client of mine said that it is very wise to investment your money in this product than to spend it at the slimming centre.

p/s: waktu zaman universiti dulu dkt 20kg naik...alhmdulillah, waktu menganggur + tggu convo dulu dpt turunkan almost 10kg, ye la nk convo msti la nk kuruskan bdn..tp dgn susah payahnya ari2 pegi gym...then da start kje xsempat gym2 ni..so pakai this  product, x exercise pn xpe..boleh turun jugak berat tau..now i da capai berat masa lepas spm =) pasni nk try turunkan lagi...walaupun da xigt berat masa darjah 6, tp nk capai normal BMI =) mari berusaha!!

pp/s: dulu i started of with size 22 (UK size). Before Raya i can fit into size 18..but now size 18 pn da longgar....nak mencari baju size + seluar size 16 pulak pasni!!~ mi berusaha sampai size 10, boleh? hehe

yang orang reka, yg bukan didunia realiti
tgk macam novel2 love story..sah2 xde kisah cmtu yg penuh aman damai loving2 berlaku kan
cerita2 makhluk asing or fairy tales, sah2 xdek jugak

semenjak bekerja ni lagi la xdek masa nk bace buku2 cerita ni
balik2 kne bace reseach paper
ye la,  da nama pn researcher
sah2 la kne bace research paper

tapi arini nak mula balik hobi membaca ni
kita mulakan dgn bace buku motivational
sbb ramai org  kate buku ni bagus
so bile org da rekomen, kita pn bace la kn..
i'll update on da book once dah habis bace ye =)

best friend!!!

hi peeps...
uols penah terpikir x sape uols nyer besfrens???
bape besfren yg uols ade?? knape die layak jd uols nyer besfren??

rite now all i can think of is that my UTP rumate is my best fren.....yes my dear rumate, dalila!!!

why i think she is my bestfren??
coz she understands me whether i'm happy,mad,crazy,annoyed n stuffs...she gives me my space when i need them, be there for me when i need company...

so what can i conclude here
  • i do need a bestfren..to tell my secrets,my crushes. to discuss my opinion..to share my happy toughts..to borrow a shoulder to cry on (not that i always cry..think of it i dont cry..kn rumate??..except that 1 day after subuh prayer when i was on da phone with Along and i cried..coz we were talking bout arwah tok mama)
  • bestfren is really important- so that u wont feel alone n left behind n u can enjoy ur time with sumeone
  • eventough ade je time yg gado n xpuas ati ngan rumate. i still know that she care for me n will be there for me as i will be to her..insyaALLAH..
ok..i shud stop now n continue with my preparation for presentation.... wish me luck yaaa people!!! n any doa would be great..thanx!!!

should i?? or should i not??

hi peeps...(ade ker yg bace nh???)

harini sy melakukn kerja2 menghupdate (mmbace blog kwn2 yg seminggu sy tinggalkan dek bz nk siapkn projek)....
so while browsing through tikah's blog, i came across aiza's blog
i read her blog a long time ago... maybe when we were still in UTP...so reading back her entries, then i arrive at her entry on herbalife n that diet2 thingy....so ade link to this website that propose us to take diet programme according to our blood type... so just out of the curiousity i opened the link to look for the suggestion for my blood type (which is O)...

so here it is:

Blood Group O

Group O was the first blood type to be identified, although how we know this is anyone’s guess – we’re talking about our hunter-gatherer ancestors who were around in 50,000 B.C! Nevertheless, Dr D’Adamo believes because our type O ancestors survived and thrived on a high-protein, meat-based diet, that’s the type of diet blood group Os should follow in the 21st century.

This is the most common blood group in the UK. Dr D’Adamo says that our digestive tract retains the memory of ancient times, and so type Os need to eat a typical hunter-gatherer type diet. In other words, type Os should follow a high-protein, low-carb diet with lots of meat and fish but no dairy products, wheat or grains.

If that sounds familiar, it’s because it is – the diet recommended for people with blood type O is simply a variation on many of the typical high-protein, low-carb diets that are currently popular, such as the Atkins diet. Foods you can eat freely include meat, fish and olive oil; foods you can eat in moderation include eggs, nuts, seeds, certain vegetables and fruits; and foods to avoid include dairy products, beans, cereals, bread, pasta and rice. To complement your food intake, Dr D’Adamo recommends lots of vigorous aerobic exercise such as aerobics and running – just like our hunter-gatherer ancestors did

so..looks like typical diet thingy to me....but i know this is gud...so i should go with it..rite??
but can i...ever since i'm stuck in kerteh...i've been craving for rica everyday...n sumetimes sweet stuffs like big apple or choc shakes....huwaaa...i should stop all this...n get back at dieting...insya-Allah...sooooon....all i really need is the motivation and a partner to do it with me.. hehe..so nana if u r reading this..jum la start balik!!!....pas aku habis present kne buat sungguh2 smule...
