post ni sbnrnye nk crite pasal halia...

tapi cam malas nk menaip pjg2

so bace la sniri kat sni eh


ala... nk buat air halia ni sng je...
kalo xsuke teh halia cm dlm article td tu...
ni ade lg resipi

resipi :
  1. cuci halia muda (ikot suke nk buang or x kulit die)
  2. tumbuk sket just nk bg kuarkan juice die then masuk dlm periuk yg ade air
  3. tggu smp air menggelegak
  4. masukkan daun pandan (utk bagi wangi)
  5. masukkan 1 serai yg dah dititik (ni utk bg rase lg segar n nyaman)
  6. masukkan gula batu or gula merah or gula biase (kalo guna gula merah nmpk cm teh halia gak)



okie la... mau sambung stadi OM sambil minum air halia

-sejak2 exam ni perut slalu rase cm kembung..minum air halia mmg buat rase lega lah, tp buat air halia yg sempoi je...halia potong2 and just tuang air panas, xcampo gula sbb xsuke manis.. sehat sket kn...hehe..jadi la utk yg malas nk buat-
